Adjustable Rock Screen allow operators to separate many different products with a single grizzly. Rock Screen's adjustable grizzly bar system has revolutionized the static screening industry. The ability to adjust grizzzly bar spacing in 1" increments allows operators to produce many products with a single grizzly. This eliminates the need for expensive screen overlays or reducer faces for each product.

1. Remove the upper and lower bolts. (The grizzly bars are saddled on the frame and will not fall off)

2. Using the welded center bar as reference, slide the grizzly bars to the desired opening, removing or adding bars as required. Count theholes between each bar, top and bottom, to ensure even spacing.

3. Replace the bolts top and bottom, tighten securely and continue screening.
